Digestive Discomfort

Do you have esophageal burns or heartburn? Do you suffer from fatigue after meals? These symptoms could be related to digestive dysfunctions. By releasing dysfunctions close to the affected organ, such as the stomach or liver, or at a distance like the diaphragm, tensions in the neck or back. Osteopathy is a solution to solve the cause of your affections.

Preventive

Generally, you decide to consult in osteopathy because you feel pain. After the consultation, you feel better and wait for the next appearance of pain to consult again. What if you consulted preventively? In prevention, we can work together to remove non-painful dysfunctions that cause your body to compensate. This compensation, when not treated, can be converted in the medium term into pain. Prevention can improve your quality of life, boost your athletic performance.

Scar

Scar causes tissue fixity at its focal point and the reorganization of the surrounding tissues like the spiral on the image. This reorganization can cause compensation that can lead to discomfort or pain at a distance. My goal is to restore mobility in order to minimize this fixity and reduce tissue reorganization around.

Back pain

Pain related to the spine (lumbago, back pain, neck pain) may be related to loss of vertebral mobility. They can also be associated with muscular tension or visceral tension.

Headache

Often linked to stress causing muscle tension in the neck that triggers headaches.

Concussions

Following a car accident, a fall or a hit during a sport, the concussion usually heals in 7-10 days following the incident.

Osteopathy is involved in the management of symptoms often associated with neck pain (headaches, dizziness, nausea) for an easier return to normal activities.

Torticollis

Spontaneous neck pain with acute muscle spasms where rotation and inclination of the cervical vertebrae are restricted.

Sciatic

Pain issuing from the lower back or buttock, which descends behind or on the side of the leg up to the foot. May also occur numbness, tingling. Pain can increase with certain positions or movements.

Herniated Discs

If you have had a medical diagnosis of herniated disc, a consultation can relieve the associated symptoms and help to find a better mobility and quality of life.

Joint pain

Bursitis, tendinitis, osteoarthritis, epicondylitis, sport or work-related injury (fractures, sprain). These are conditions where osteopathy can relieve pain and help the recovery more quickly.

Menstrual discomfort

Often invalidating, they are most often due to a restriction in the lumbar vertebrae and pelvis that also affect the ligaments supporting the ovaries and uterus. Osteopathy can relieve by restoring balance between the structures involved.

Pregnancy

For pregnant women after the 12th week of pregnancy, osteopathy will intervene to help women with sciatica, nausea, gastric reflux, constipation, a feeling of heavy legs, headaches and migraines. A follow-up is desirable every 4 weeks to allow a mother-baby comfort during the development and a more serene delivery.

Baby

For the baby, consultation can be done from birth for various disorders such as torticolli or plagiocephaly. A baby who turns his head or always turns to the same side. If the baby regurgitates excessively or has colic. Repitive otitis. Following a difficult delivery such as a seat presentation or the use of forceps.
